User sign in issues. Service profile cannot be loaded.

Hi!I reset my PC including all data to create a fresh one.After reset, the local users did not delete.It asked for my user's pin to login.When entering the correct pin, I get the error, "service profile cannot be loaded".I have tried enabling administrator using cmd in recovery options, but it doesn't show up in the login UI.My correct account, for which the PIN was asked, doesn't show up in net user.Any new account created using net user, is crelated but with an error, "the user was successfully created but could not be added to the USERS local group".Any other account like Administrator, gue
