New monitors 'replugs' itself during warm/start up and moves programs and windows

Good day,a few days a ago I purchased two Gigabyte G24F monitors to use as a dual monitor setup. Bug description:Environment: Computer setup with an up-to-date Windows 10 and two Gigabyte G24F monitors using the DisplayPort cables provided with the monitors. Expected Behavior: After turning off and on the 2nd monitor, all windows and programs should at the same place as before. Actual Behavior: After turning off and on the 2nd monitor, all windows and programs are moved to the 1st monitor.
