Hi,I updated itunes and for some reason the entire app then deleted itself, I have re-installed the app and originally got an error stating 'cannot create a file when that file already exists'. After attempting to uninstall the entire app and re-installing once again (from microsoft store) I then kept getting a message of 'the procedure entry point ****** could not be located in the dynamic link library. I've attempted to uninstall again and removed all apple files from the computer as per a guide I found but it's now been re-installed once more and I'm now constantly getting the error message
