Make Windows switch audio to headset when I turn them on, and back to speakers when I turn off headset

Often this happens, but not always and I'm not sure why or how to control it: I want it so that Windows will automatically switch audio to my Bluetooth headset when I turn it on and then automatically switch back to the main speakers when I turn off the headset. Like I said, it often works exactly like this, but then something changes (no idea what), and I have to manually select the audio out from the speaker icon to the right of Taskbar. That always works, it's just the automated switching that doesn't always happen. This is the standard behavior on all of our cell phones -- if music is play
