Locked out of my account

Hey I currently locked out of my main account. It says "This sign-in option is disabled because failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again." The issue is I have no option to choose different sign in. I have been logging in with only pin the last 12 months and I haven't typed it in wrong once since its a simple code I've used all my life. I don't have an option for using my password so I cant log in and I rather no wait 2 hours every time this happens and need to log into my account soon.
