c:\msn.exe 16-bit ms dos sub system

frequently i am getting the error
c:\msn.exe The NTVDM cpu has encountered an illusion instruction
CS:0528 ip:0107 OP:63 74 79 70 65 choose close to terminate the application.
I even deleted c:\msn.exe but no use.please find me a soluction.
