When I try to play a video on youtube or netflix, the video will play for like 5 seconds and then it stops playing and continously buffers. It also does not load gmail and amazon either. I know the issue is not internet speed/connection (also connected via ethernet) because playing games on the same computer has not been affected and I can watch youtube videos fine on my phone. I'm currently using Chrome but this problem occurs on Microsoft edge and Firefox.
