Microsoft Defender Antivirus turned off

I don't have the option to enable Microsoft Defender Antivirus in my Windows Security settings.I've poked around on the internet and nothing has yielded results. I've gone through and given it a scan with Malwarebytes, made sure that security settings are enabled in the Services, I do have an odd notice under my Virus and Threat Protection tab stating that "Your Virus & threat protection is managed by your organization." though.I've also followed some instructions to run Command Prompt lines to scan and repair the computer in various ways but I haven't been able to fix this issue on my own
