My computer has to be plugged in in order to turn on (the battery is broken) So in order to take it places I have to frequently shut down, unplug, then re-plug. I turned it back on, as usual, however, it did not allow me to use my usual pin to login. My only other option was to log into my Microsoft account. It said due to frequent shutdowns and repeated failed attempts (I only attempted once) I was no longer allowed to use the pin. This is a strange security feature, that to me doesn't make sense. Is there any way to use my old pin again?
