BSOD: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Hello all, My issue is that seemingly randomly, perhaps every few minute, perhaps not for an entire day, my laptop bsods with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. What happens first is the mouse/cursor and touchscreen stops working (the keyboard still works), and a minute later it BSODs. Things I've noticed: - It appears to bsod more with high usage (When the laptop gets hot) - I've updated windows 10, except there is a update that refuses to be installed (Hewlett-Packard USB 6/1/2018 46.2.2631.18152) whenever you try to install it, it just shows up as pending install next time.
