I am wondering why I get reports of computer slowdowns and connectivity issues every time a Cumulative Update Preview or feature updates are waiting to be downloaded and installed? After the install everything goes back to normal. It has become my first question replacing "Have you tried restarting your computer?" I have confirmed this on my systems as well. does anyone know why, and is there a way to avoid it? Simpton:1) Captcha interfaces are hidden from view. So, no secure pages are available that use Captcha.2) Streaming is slowed down or stopped all together3) general slow response times
