enable this device to wake from sleep is greyed out

I have lenovo miix 510 -12isk running the latest windows. Since updating windows, waking from sleep with the keyboard takes about ten seconds whereas with the previous windows it was more or less instant. Also the touch screen will not wake the tablet from sleep. In device manager, power management, the wacom device (which is the touch screen control board) has "allow this device to wake from sleep" greyed out.Is there any way (possibly registry) I can get this option back so that i can get the touch screen to wake the tablet
