Error when trying to launch VALORANT

I was trying to play valorant on my laptop and it would say "a D3D11-compatible GPU(Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine"and ive watched video on how to fix it and ive done everything, checked for updates on settings,update drivers, download directx11 and 12 and the user end-runtime stuff and nothing works i dont know what to do.
