I have regularly experienced the BSOD with the following messaged "Unexpected Kernerl Trap Mode Error". How do I fix this?

Hello. I have been experiencing this problem for some time now with my hp omen laptop which is now 6 or 7 years old. I saw that someone else was successfully helped w/ a similar issue and would appreciate it if someone was able to help me also. I have downloaded bluescreenview and can see the dump files, but I do not know how to compress them and upload them somewhere so that they can be viewed. Please tell me what to do and I will get back to you. Thanks!
