I have a Dell XPS 15 9570. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz. Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. For a few months now I've been dealing with an issue where my mouse cursor jumps around the screen even when I am not providing any input. This makes it basically impossible to use the mouse, as it is constantly (multiple times every second) flicking to a position on the left side of the screen. Now, this problem has advanced further, and the mouse cursor will also periodically freeze and stop responding to any input. The rest of the laptop does not freeze, only the mouse.
