How to stop Client Server Runtime Process (csrss.exe) and Desktop Windows Manager (dwm.exe) from using too much GPU?

I recently noticed my FPS in games was lower than usual so i checked task manager and saw that csrss.exe and dwm.exe are using more GPU% than normal, both are normally at 5% or lower. In this screenshot dwm.exe isnt using lots but sometimes gets to 30%. Can someone please help me fix this?My PC specs:Ryzen 5 2600Radeon RX55016GB Ram237GB SSD297GB HDD
