Password lost

I lost the password for my win 200 system. Actually, I don't have any login
information for any user. Is it possible to restore it somehow?

After you have resolved this awkward problem, think about
your car and about how many sets of keys you have for it.
More than one? Why? Now think about the admin accounts
on your PC. Just the one? Why?
