Audio not working

Hello, I have this problem a long time now. My audio isn't working. When I plug my headphones it shows that there is a headphone plugged but when I play something on YouTube I don't hear any sound. I tried to play music in groove music and it says that I don't have any output. I checked and checked but I got no result. If anyone wants to help me just reply and I'll give you some more info bcuz I need to go to sleep
