Continuously BSOD video dxgkrnl fatal error Windows 10 dell XPS laptop

I've had a lot of crashes to BSOD/Bluescreen for few months, each time with the same error code which is VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. Usually, the crash happens when I was using design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator along with Microsoft Edge.This is my link of Dump files: MINIDUMP FILES Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
