When will Microsoft and Adobe finally get together and solve the issue we have with Adobe image previews / thumbnail of Photoshop / Illustrator files not showing up in Windows Explorer? Why is this so difficult for Microsoft developers to achieve? Is this a competence issue? Or no one at Microsoft care?? When I post the issue at Adobe, they say it is a Microsoft issue? So when will Microsoft FINALLY SOLVE this issue? How many more support enquiries, feature requests do we have to post here before someone at MS finally listens.
