The short version is: I upgraded from Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro from online (free) upgrade years ago. I don't have a product key. I just changed motherboards (old one died) and tried to reactivate windows via the Troubleshooter/Hardware change. It asks me for my Microsoft password, but the troubleshooter screen won't accept the password. I've logged into my Microsoft.com account and even changed passwords. Still would accept password. Now I'm stuck, unable to proceed via the Troubleshooter. Any other options or a way to get troubleshooter to work? Thanks.Using slmgr.vbs/dlv I get:
