I'm using Windows 10, and am having exactly the same problem as with 8.1, on a different laptop. No matter what app I'm using, my settings for keyboard shortcuts for switching to another language always disappear. I switch between English, German, Chinese, sometimes Korean and Japanese. For example, I have set German input to CTRL plus 1. Right after I set it in language preferences it may work for a while, then does something completely different, like mess up text settings, changes the font size, style, color and other things, or would switch to another tab, just random things like that, eve
