File Picker UI host keeps crashing ''Save As''?

I use the Snipping Tool / Fireshot (another screenshot tool) a lot. I've been unable to save anything I screenshot using these two tools, because the ''Save As'' screen keeps crashing. When I try to close the Save As window, it tells me that the ''File Picker UI host'' is not responding. So I'm assuming that is what's crashing my ''Save As'' window. What do?
