There are two things,1. I can not pay for anything (my annual subscriptions are coming up and I know it will fail). The credit card is valid, but for a long time now when ever I tried to buy from MS Store it says "There is a problem at our end, please try again later". I think a year is long enough.I have tried to remove and re-enter the card, but it wont let me remove it, it also wont let me enter the same card as a new card.2. Many years ago (I think about 20) I signed up to Azure, just to see, I never used it. They don't allow you to remove your account or the credit card attached to it. Th
