Attempting to add a second ssd m.2 causes my PC to be stuck on the boot screen with no way of getting to BIOS or other menus

Specs: CPU: Ryzen 7, Motherboard ASRock x570 phantom gaming, GPU: RTX 3060ti, Ram: 32gb, storage: 1 512gb SSD with OS, 1 HD 2tb, and new 2nd ssd 2tbI attempted to install a second ssd into my pc but every time I boot it up with it, my computer gets stuck on the boot screen (ASRock menu with the f keys to go to different menus). I cannot go to any other menus by spamming those keys, however, when I uninstall the new ssd out, my pc runs fine. I tried swapping the 512 ssd to the slot I was installing the 2tb ssd and it works fine so both slots are good, it's only when the 2tb ssd i
