I'm trying to upgrade from W8.1 to W10 on an HP laptop -- Model = HP ENVY dv6 Notebook PC, HostOSArchitecture = 1033, FirmwareType = UEFI. It has quad i7 processors, 16GB memory, and 500 GB hard drive (mostly empty). I am using the Media Creation Tool and all goes well until 73% complete in the actual upgrade process. (The download and pre-lim work were uneventful. I tried a few minor suggestions from friends, but none changed the result -- failure at 73% complete and error 0x80004005 - 0x50015.Expert advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
