I have facial recognition set up on my Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I also had a PIN set up. The PIN is no longer working to access my laptop and I am having to enter my password if it doesn't pick up my face.I have tried to update my PIN, but it says that I need a business account. I set my facial recognition up with Windows Hello using my personal email address, so why can I now not set up a PIN? Is there a way around this?
