Windows doesn't see my virtual disk and I can't delete it in secondary partition managers due to being "Write Protected"

I need help with either 1) getting Windows to identify this disk or 2) returning it back to it's original HDD. I can't recall what process I went through, but I had taken a portion of my HDD and turned it into an "independent" disk so that I could install a secondary operating system and boot onto it. I hadn't used it in a long time so I went into the BIOS and removed it. When I look in partition management it isn't there, neither does it show up in diskpart under list disk. I've been able to find it on EaseUS's software but it won't let me do anything to it stating that it is write protected.
