All the icons at the top of my screen on my files explore are greyed out; I didn't do anything to make them greyed. Nothing works if I try and press them. delete doesn't work, creating a new folder doesn't work, nothing works. The options to delete things and rename files, etc. have been removed from my right-click menu. I recently downloaded a file recovery software as I'd recently lost a few files that were quite important: so could that have any effect on why? (I was able to uninstall the program through the "Programs and Features" menu).Is there anything I can do to get them not greyed out
