(Continued......) They want me to sign up to another of their programs. Don't want to. Having issues with my laptop being REALLY slow locks up more recently am having issues update (I thought) needed to restart but upon restarting it sat at the HP logo black screen with just the dots spinning for at least 45 minutes I ended up manually turning off the laptop by holding the on button down but it just went back to the same HP spinning screen I turned it off and left it overnight and it finally was able to start up but terribly slow.
