Internet speed drop dramaticaly after a few hours of use, restart can restore the speed, but will drop again sometime later

My network is Google Fiber, 1g plan, and connected with cable, and the network is not set as a metered connectionthe speed of my phone is always 800~900 Mbps, while my PC is under 10 (sometimes even 4)my network adapter is Realtek PCle GbE Family Controller (newest version for now, 10.60.615.2022)the QoS limit bandwidth is set to Enabled(0)after restarting the PC, my network went back to 900 Mbps for 20 minutes or 2 hours and then fell back to 10the drop will happen when I start a screen share in discord, tooI've been suffering from this annoying issue for a long time, don't know how to fix it
