Windows not booting in to any mode including safe mode

HiI recently built myself a new pc out of some old parts my friends gave me and some parts I had already one of those being my HDD that worked fine in my old pc and even worked when I first built this one. It posted and loaded into windows but I then needed to update the the bios for my chipset I used ez flash 3 from ASUS and updated via WiFi and on the first boot it blue screened and the code was inaccessible boot device, i then made a usb win 10 media to try and repair everything and the auto repair did not work and came up with the line Log file:CWINDOWS\System32)Logfiles\Srt|SrtTrail.tx
