So I've recently bought a new camera Logitech C920, I haven't really been using it often but recently I've plugged it into my PC and I've realised sometimes my camera turns on for couple of seconds as if something or someone is using it to spy on me? I've disallowed every application to use the camera and I also scanned for any malware / spyware and it didn't find anything. For reference I used Panda Dome. Is there any way to know for sure on what's causing it? Even if it's not plugged in properly and theoretically lets say it unplugs and plugs back in it shouldn't turn on my camera right? (th
