Hi Microsoft : I recently purchased an external cd/dvd drive. The problem is with re-writeable CDs. FORMATTING and re-writing. The unit works with re-writeable DVDs (FORMATTING and re-writing. When I checked in DEVICE MANAGER, it lists the drive with the HP brand. Listing it as "hp cd/dvd W SN208FB". Even though the brand name on the drive is Roofull (I got it on Amazon). [Even though SOME USB devices don"t need a driver----some do]My System : Dell Latitude 7490 laptop......Windows 10 Pr0 64-bit.....16Gb RAM....512Gb SSD. Should I look into finding an HP driver for this cd/dvd burner ?Ad
