Stuck on Windows Boot Screen

Hi,I have a Lenovo s730-13IWL. I started my laptop up and signed in, the sign in took longer then expected and I got a small error message saying “couldn’t connect to user, please try again”. Which has never happened before. But this almost instantly went away and it logged me in as usual showing me my desktop.I try to run chrome and nothing happens for about 5 seconds. Which seemed odd but I ignored it and clicked on chrome again to try get it up. Then I get a blue screen with an error message: “DPC watchdog violation” with an error code, and that the laptop would restart in a few seconds.Upo
