I have a Dell laptop, pretty new but I'm running into some problems lately. After an update, my download folder is gone, completely wiped out. I don't have a backup any where, and I'm in total darkness how this could have happened. In addition, I always have the message "Alert! TPM device is not detected" and the only way I could log in is by entering a very long BitLocker Key. I have no words, it's been quite exhausting.Does anyone else have the same issue, and how could I solve this problem?Thank you a lot in advance
