BSOD PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA upon waking pc up and enabling ethernet via control panel

Hello, i started having this problem where, upon waking the pc from hibernate mode and enabling ethernet connection via Control Panel>Network Connections, the pc would crash with the stop code being PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA. I managed to reenact this event twice in this exact order. How could i fix this problem? The minidump file is here: 101822-8093-01.dmp
