Win10 Media Player. I have an external CD drive. I open Windows Media Player, connect the external CD drive, insert the CD to be ripped, Click on "Organize", then "Options", then a screen comes up where I click on "Rip Music" (I rip wav files). Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Is there a SEQUENCE with which I need to open the program and/or connect the external drive and/or insert the CD in order for it to work? I typed in *troubleshooting* in the Start bar, but there is no "View All" after that. I don't know where to go after I type in troubleshooting to see if there's some
