Keyboard language: Vietnamese, auto double letter/number on chrome app

Hi, im using Vietnamese keyboard langague in win10 (Telex) anh having the problem that cause some of my letter auto double, even number.For exp: i press "a", the "a" letter appear (with underline) and when i finish it (press [enter], move cursor, click another place, use keyboard arrows...) it auto become "aa". It happend some times when im using chrome, and not letter but numbers.
