Certain sites w/cookies can gain access to push notifications through your browser. I got this one yesterday. I checked my notifications in my browser and I had at some point accepted the cookie with permissions to allow notifications from this web site. Meanwhile, Defender says everything is okay. It is not easy to detect fraudulent activity for most users as many are not certain of how the notifications work in Windows and do not understand how to control and manage the alerts enabled by accepting cookies along with certain notification privileges. Something pops up and says you have a virus
