Camera not working in my laptop.

So every time I try to open the camera this happens. The camera light blinks 2 or 3 times then this shows and the camera doesn't work. Not only in this app but any app I use which cant use the camera and gives an error. I have updated the camera driver and tried every solution out there but nothing worked. Please help.
