Settings will not open from any method which means I cannot set up an internet connection. Upon entering 'ms-settings:' as a 'run' command **** Wanglows 10 returns the error 'File system error (-2147219196)'.It is a fresh install. One that I've just paid money for. It seems like an incredibly specific error code, though I suspect the error handling system is just as broken as the settings window. Why do I do it? Why do I pay for software?
