Desktop PC with NO TOUCHPAD EVER acting like I have a touchpad!! It keeps opening the notification center without me wanting it to! MISSING IN SETTING

I know for a fact that this question has been asked multiple times, and that people are going to tell me to go to "Touchpad Settings" in control panel, under mouse. Or they're going to tell me to redownload the touchpad drivers. But, I don't have a touchpad. I don't want a touchpad. I'm never going to use a touchpad. My computer has NEVER been a laptop, it's a desktop gaming PC with a regular keyboard and USB mouse, and NOTHING else. There should be no reason for there to even be a touchpad driver on my computer!But, the notification center keeps popping up while I'm typing. I know from a fair
