how can i make windows fax and scan work in windows 10 via the internet?

it asks me for a modem or fax server. i found an article claiming i can start a service through devices or something, but that does not exist on my system. I also tried to start the fax service, and it won't work. all the dependencies work. The fax service starts and then stops. I tried a command prompt command (which was successful), but it did not make the program work.I looked up an article that seems to say that it only works now with office 365. I did not explore that, but in a search, it says that, Windows Fax and Scan is not an Office 365 program.Is it possible to use a scanner with it
