In short, I have tried everything I can think of to connect two different models of bluetooth headphones on two separate occasions to my PC and neither have been successful. Because my motherboard does not have built in bluetooth, I have a Techkey bluetooth USB adapter that has previously worked for a bluetooth gamepad. I also know my sound drivers work as a wired headset plugged into my PC with a 3.5mm audio jack works fine. I am running Windows 10.0.19044. All bluetooth drivers are updated.
