Windows 10 gets stuck on the blue sign in screen- Says my password is wrong.

I have tried everything that I could find. I've restarted the windows 10 pro with a hard reset but nothing. It also keeps getting stuck on rebooting screen or a blue sign in screen, which when I try to log in it says my password is wrong. But it's not cause I use the password everyday. I don't know what else to do. I've tried doing the troubleshooting options and the safe mode but it doesn't pop up for me. * Moved from Community Center * Original title: Help!
