I get this error message when trying to run the installer for various programs: "C:\Windows\system32\dbghelp.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." Error code: 0xc000012fI run SFC and the CBS log says:005340 Hashes for file member \??\C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dbghelp.dll do not match actual file [l:22{11}]"dbghelp.dll" : Found: {l:32 b:2wS+6gtCFUYdSZyrAEy1OPYOmDELfjd5abenfGdpdoE=} Expected: {l:32 b:9BtqcdGIHa7ZyyodzdVyFo8QrZ
