Bluetooth Earbuds have either Good audio+NoMic or BadAudio+BadMic

Hi,I have got a pair of Bluetooth earbuds, but they switch to terrible sound quality when I need to use the microphone.I have also checked that the microphone's sound quality also worsens.The Earbuds work perfectly on my phone.I have only two options, to either use the buds for audio alone and use the inbuilt microphone or have terrible sound quality for both.I am on Windows 10 22H2, and I have Bt 5.0.I have read a few posts that say it is due to a limitation of Windows drivers or something.
