To Whom it may Concern; The INSYDE H2O BIOS SETUP UTILITY on my H.P. NoteBook 15" Bw011D Laptop using Win 10 Pro x64 Bit O.S.,WILL NOT "CLEAR", SYSTEM ERROR FILES, EVEN AFTER REMOVING THE 2032 CMOS BUTTON & LAPTOP BATTERIES FOR OVER 1/2 HOUR, & grounding both (+) & (-) contacts together? I believe that the ERROR CODES & TIMESTAMP therefore are "NOT" stored in the INSYDE H2O BIOS UTILITY PROGRAM , BUT are actually written somewhere on the hard drive, Please help. Thank you!
