Getting lots of Windows 10 BSOD on Surface Pro 7 i5 in last month

On my Surface Pro 7 i5 8Gb/256Gb I've had 5 BSODs in last 3 weeks and a further 3-4 over last few months.Often happens soon after waking up from sleep. Last one was in the middle of a Teams meeting.Various errors including SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDalways in ntoskrnnl.exe+3f9f0 or +3f9e0Can anyone help?Here's the latest dump file 110122-22062-01.dmp:Why has Win 10 suddenly become so unreIiable ???
